Developing a Brand Identity for the future of competition management.

The Challenge
Scorecards is an innovative startup that simplifies competition management through its cutting-edge API. Designed for event organisers, athletes, and sports enthusiasts, Scorecards streamlines the process of tracking and displaying competition results with ease.
Bromel was approached to develop a distinct brand identity and website that would position Scorecards as an innovator in the industry. Our challenge was to craft a visual language that encapsulated the brand’s tech-forward approach while remaining accessible and user-friendly.

The Logo
Inspired by digital LED displays, the new Scorecards logo reflects the structured, data-driven nature of competition management.
Just as numbers and letters are formed by illuminated segments on a digital scoreboard, the segmented ‘S’ in the Scorecards logo represents precision, structure, and clarity. These are core values of the brand.


To complement the logo, we developed a customised typography system that balances tech-driven aesthetics with approachability. The font maintains a clean, modern structure, ensuring that the brand feels cutting-edge yet inviting.

Brand Collateral
To bring the brand to life beyond the screen, we extended the identity into physical collateral.
Business cards feature the segmented logo mark and bold color system, designed to make a lasting first impression.

Branded t-shirt apparel was created with clean typography and vibrant details which are ideal for both internal team wear and promotional use.
These physical pieces helped unify the brand experience across digital and in-person interactions.

Website
We designed a fully responsive website experience that introduces Scorecards' core benefits through visual storytelling.

The website’s visual language uses animated spheres as metaphors for competition data, highlighting its dynamic and ever-evolving nature.

Bold UI elements and vibrant transitions reflect the energy and intensity of competitive environments, while thoughtfully paced animations guide users through Scorecards’ features with clarity, reinforcing just how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is.

Outcomes
We transformed Scorecards' brand identity and website, establishing them as a credible, modern leader in competition technology.
By extending the design system to a user-friendly website, business cards, and branded apparel, Scorecards now projects a consistent, professional image across all touchpoints.
